Collection Robot is AI Rudder's first and most well-known service for the financial industry. It can be used for the reminder (M0 phase) before the loan is due or for the collection (M1 phase) after the loan is due. It imitates what a desk agent does by having a conversation with the borrower. It will ask for the payment from the borrower and provide necessary information to the borrower. After the phone call, automatic data analysis will tell how the borrow is likely to pay the loan or is there any concern that should be followed up by desk agents. The robot can be scheduled to pre-defined calling strategies and make a large scale of borrowers simultaneously.
