Responsibilities
- Training and recognition rate optimization of minor language acoustic models;
- Construction of minor language models, development and maintenance of decoders;
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong pressure resistance, adapt to the rhythm of startup companies, hoping to win the future;
- Knowledge and experience in speech recognition research and development;
- Master degree or above, signal processing, computer, electronic information, automation, pattern recognition and other related majors;
- Knowledge background related to speech recognition, speech signal processing, pattern recognition, deep learning;
- Development and debugging experience in Linux environment, proficient programming skills (C/C++), a familiar scripting language (Perl/python), will use Shell programming;
- Innovative and critical thinking;
- Good communication skills;
- Responsible, passionate, serious and result guidance;
- A degree in engineering or technology;
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar Kaldi acoustic modeling tools and the underlying modeling principles;
- Published related papers in speech-related top journals and conferences (ICASSP, Interspeech, ASRU);
- Familiar with end-to-end (ctc / attention / rnn-t) acoustic modeling and discrimination training techniques (smbr / mmi).
